Anybody Can Kayak! Rolling is the most detailed, precise, and easy-to-follow rolling instruction video imaginable. This how-to roll a kayak DVD will teach you your first roll, show you how to move your pool roll to whitewater, and teach you to roll faster.

Section one, The First Roll  shows you the easiest, fastest, and most reliable way to learn to roll and the easiest, fastest, most reliable way to teach the roll. The roll is flexible and adaptable so it can build on what you may have heard from friends or instructors.  The  relationship  between the  student and their instructor or helper is emphasized. Much time is spent  discussing potential problems with the roll, both how to diagnose them, and how to fix them.

Section two, River Rolling helps you move slowly, painlessly, and successfully from a pool roll (regardless as to where you learned it) to a river roll. It starts with a series of 19 flat water drills to  get you rolling  when you are confused, surprised, or disoriented. Next comes a series of 17 progressively more difficult river drills. It ends with a discussion of the  intangibles which make or break your roll in real life situations.

Section three, Faster Rolling shows how to get up faster during real life situations. It  begins by showing how to get your roll working on both sides. Next it teaches four roll variations, then shows when and where to use the variations. Finally it analyzes over 25 real  life combat rolls, talking about why they’re different, and what  they have   in common.

   We Apologize !
In the credits of our video we mislabeled a picture of

 Chris Haenisch as Chriss Ilgen.
In fact, Chris Haenisch was running Ilgen Falls.... Oops!
